Focus On The Family

Focus on the Family is a half-hour daily dose of encouragement and advice for the family with Jim Daly and John Fuller. Focus on the Family began airing in 1977. It is now carried daily on 2,000 radio outlets in the United States and has become one of today's most recognized Christian radio programs.
  1. Author and filmmaker Rob Stennett offers encouragement and advice to fathers who feel insecure in their parenting role in a lighthearted discussion based on his book The Perfect Dad: A Totally Achievable Guide to Not Messing Up Your Kids.
  2. On this lighthearted broadcast, authors Laura Schupp and Erin Smalley offer helpful suggestions to brides for establishing their new home in a discussion based on Laura's book, Our Newlywed Kitchen: The Art of Cooking, Gathering and Creating Traditions.
  3. Author Levi Lusko explores the challenges Christian families face in today's hyper-sexualized culture in which digital technology has made it easier than ever for young people to "hook up" and trade their future health and emotions for momentary pleasure. He offers encouragement to those who've been hurt by past mistakes and advice for how we can protect ourselves from temptation and compromise. (Part 2 of 2)
